Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this resort was quite lackluster due to poor service and unexpected issues. While the grounds were lovely and the rooms were adequately furnished, the staff was unhelpful and seemed overwhelmed. The frustrations started at check-in and continued throughout my stay, especially with the dining facilities being closed during wet season. Additionally, the pool was too hot to enjoy comfortably. I wouldn't recommend this place given the high prices for what is offered.
The hotel offers a spacious and comfortable stay, making it a lovely spot for groups or families. However, its management seems lacking, impacting various aspects of the guest experience negatively. While the rooms are well-appointed, significant issues regarding maintenance and communication take away from the overall value. Unfortunately, the dining options are quite limited, and the wifi issues were frustrating during our stay.
My stay at The Pearle resort was a mixed bag. On the one hand, the accommodations were relatively clean and comfortable, but the service and management left so much to be desired. There were numerous issues during our stay, particularly regarding maintenance and communication, which really detracted from what should have been a luxurious experience. Honestly, I feel that the resort needs a serious management overhaul to improve guest experiences.
Our stay at the resort had its ups and downs. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable, providing a nice environment to relax. However, the dining options were very limited, and the service left a lot to be desired, lacking attention in several areas. Overall, it felt like the resort had potential but was falling short in maintaining a true luxury experience.
I had a week-long stay and while I enjoyed a few aspects, there were a lot of issues that made it less than ideal. The room was clean, but it was much smaller than the photos suggested, and I had serious connectivity issues with the Wi-Fi. I also found the lack of dining options on-site quite inconvenient. The pool area was nice, but it was disappointing to find no food available after 11 am. Overall, I wouldn't say it was worth the premium price given the challenges I faced.
